The App is not working properly, it's impossible to make it work and say that is connected with the motorbike. A Brand new 2020 1290 SAS. It's a shame. I hope the app is updated, and we can use any music player as Google Play Music will be discounted. This is ridiculous! App always, 100% every time says "not connected", although both my phone and my bike say otherwise. It somehow wants me to install Google Play Music as well. WHY? All in all "KTM My Ride Connect" is a useless applications. Literally never let's me past the initial screen and also does nothing! :-D What a shame.

Oh man... This app won't even connect to my brand new 2020 1290GT even though the phone (Note 9) paired with the multi-function console without any trouble at all...c'mon KTM, what gives?? Did anybody test this app before releasing it on Google play? It just will not connect, no way no how... When will the updated app be released that presumably fixes this?

Never had a problem with this. Connects fine.....shows what so g us playing on the dash. My only concern now is Google Play Music is being discontinued so what happens after that? It will need upgrading but after reading other reviews on here I'm not holding out much hope at all. I ride a KTM 390 Duke 2018.

This app shows Bluetooth not connected every single time but if in the phone's Bluetooth settings shows its connected, trust me it is! Don't trust the app. Note to KTM: Your bikes are so good! Please try to get this app to the same level. It ruins the whole experience. This app is a poor show!

Doesn't connect. Even when the phone is connected and music works fine, tga My Ride App. Always says not connected. Haven't been able to get it to work yet. Very disappointed with KTM.

About this app

KTM MY RIDE CONNECT is needed to control call-in and music player* functions from the handlebar of your KTM 125 DUKE MY 2017 or KTM 390 DUKE MY 2017.

KTM MY RIDE must be purchased with your bike to use these functions. Please make sure that the latest software is installed on your dashboard. Your authorized KTM dealer will be happy to help you!
