Does exactly what it says it would: displays a hexadecimal dump of a file, alongside its ASCII representation. One can choose the file to open, and one can scroll through the dump. That's it. Perfect, and exactly the thing I needed.

I gave a low star since I was curious as to what it actually does. I'm seeing that it opens and views the binary code of any file but is that all? does it not let you edit those files? either way I'll update my review once this query is satisfied, regardless of the answer, the low rating was just to get your attention.
