I wanted to use it to toggle autorotate, but its off action is most often arbitrarily followed by on. That failure does not seem to depend on shake sensitivity. Quick uninstall.

Nexus 4, Android 4.2.2, rooted. Does not work at all when I chose both shake (adjusted to be more sensitive than normal) and flip to turn the screen on. Sorry! P.S. the app Screen Control on the other hand worked for me...
