ZERO stars!!! App is rubbish and very slow at loading (updates seem to make it worse). Misold packages showing international minutes with certain packages when in fact they don't have any!!! So I end up having to spend more buying international minutes separately when they used to be included before!!! The packages that do have international minutes are only available to post paid (contact) customers. This is also rubbish!!!

Easy to use however doesn't function as it should. Switched to contract a few years ago and last month my contract was renewed. Since the renewal my account keeps displaying a message saying my account is closed due to going over my limit. Also tells me that i can use my package benefits. Never missed a payment in over 2 years and i don't use my allowance to go over ANY limit. The app is bugged. I will wait a few months and if not fixed I'll move to Vodafone
