This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing KViewLink on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. The device frequently disappear from the app and cannot add again the device. Need to uninstall and reinstall the app. Or clear the app cache and files. Need video recording or downloading for playback video. Also need full screen video on landscap view.

Ive been using it for about a year and working just fine, but in the last 2 weeks somehow it wont connect when using mobile network 3g/4g) but connects just fine when using wifi. Please fix this problem

Install newly 2 months ago was still working fine until 2 days ago it always show Connection Failed despite many attempts to reboot & reinstall again & again still unable to connect & view using my phone . I am using the EL PLUS Series DVR . . . Please help !

It is Looking for QR code Google scanner even i have tons of app that can scan qr code. Google scanner is not compatible on Lenovo yoga tab 3. Pls help!!

My DVR is the EL431. I have port forward the DVR ip address, as well as DMZ it but still the app wouldn't connect to it. This is really frustrating.
