v2 of this app will not connect no matter what I tried. I went to the kguard security website [find it below under developer website entry at bottom of this page] and downloaded v1.1.1 app, installed it and it connects without any issues. At the kguard security website click on support, page down to NS/BR/HD/ST Series Android, click on 1.1.1, download file and install it on your device. I downloaded to my PC then transferred to my phone using USB cable and installed it using the file manager. NOTE: make sure you disable auto update for this app in google play or it will reinstall the new version and overwrite the old version rendering it useless again.

Works better, but still not great, can't connect to cameras on mobile signal but can on WiFi so pointless really. Used to work fine everywhere.

Pointless as I cannot use via mobile packet data when away from house. Can only use via WiFi when sat at home!

Always shows offline.. Connects.. The offline again. Literally more offline then online. And motion detection notifications drive me insane(edit 2020) as per my review from last year.. Same problems different year
