This is the worst customer service. You can log a service request in this app. Whether it gets completed its at somebody else mercy. For instance, I have logged a call for a product under warranty. It's been over a week, no response. I called in and they are providing me contacts and asking me to reach out to technician. This is like a directory to get numbers. I plan to go to consumer court for not fulfilling the warranty on my product.

Worst customer service ever. They first did an AMC saying the guy will come after ten days to do the servicing. It costed 2k bucks. It's been more than two weeks for us to keep calling them continuously and they keep dodging the appointment. Every day I call them, they say they will send someone in next 12-24 hrs. But nothing. Unreachable customer service. I have used Kent for a long time now but it tasted my patient this time and I'm highly disappointed. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The last 2 / 3 times with the " technician"( who absolutely has no clue about many things.) .. was a nightmare. I got all my filters changed on March 19th. And now from. Last 3 weeks the filter is not working . My filter is 5akung 2 dats to fill up. Tried calling CS a few times and asked for a call back .. no. Reply .. now spoke to csguy . Since he said he was doing a service of getting a techician to chk up .. I asked him, if I could speak to a person who can ans my question the A was NO..

Worrest service, never responds if we require repairs/ services. I have raised a request for water filter replacement before lockdown and it's been more than 4 months now, no one responded for my request till now., I have contacted customer care many times, but still there is no response, agency people demanding money. I have raised ticket 3 months before my warranty expires, now agency people started responding and demanding money for water filter changing.

Do Not buy kent products as they are useless and buggy. I bought one and could see dead cockroches inside the tank. They can filter water but can't filter cockroches. This is their technology. This is honest feedback. Don't have option to attach image file which I took after opening the tank but would share if anyone interested.

No doubt your products may be the good one.That's why we bought it. The most important part is that the services are very very poor. The services provider are incompetent and illiterate in my area and cheating also. This is the worst customer service. My experience are so bad that I would never recommend anyone to have Kent ro water system. There are incompetent engineers handling the jobs. They are also worse for spare parts. They fixed duplicate spares without endorsement in the records and charging more money. I have very humiliated experiences and drinking poor quality water due to kent incompetent service providers. Even authorities are not serious about the matter.I am sad and sorry to have Kent RO system in my home. World class RO machine but cheapest class services.
