Great in theory, poor in execution. Quite frustrating. Unable to add the other guest selfies after many, many attempts. Consistently giving an error after uploading the other guest selfies. Overly time-consuming with no hint as to what the error is.

Yes the app is trash. Very difficult to navigate. The photo feature is reversed. It's like taking a picture in the mirror. What is this app supposed to do?

The check in process forces you to take a photo of your passport partway through the process and then forces you to take a selfie while holding your passport, make a mistake and it seems you have to enter everything again, don't try and do it on a computer as you cannot add a pdf of a scanned passport or a copy of a selfie taken earlier. I will avoid any future booking that uses this keyless entry system app.

Keep on getting connection errors. Internet works for everything else so clearly not a problem my end. After several attempts I've signed up, but now failing at the next step. Awful. I'm not confident that this is going to work.
