The My Reports screen stays empty as from today. I had 2 folders and one ready to submit, was waiting the 1st of this month to do so. Except it's all empty now and I can't even create a new one because I don't have the + button in that part of the app. Fix it soon please.

Dire. We use this for company expenses, and it is so badly written. It is difficult to use, not intuitive and painful. Combined with their booking system, it is a nightmare. On the plus side, it would make a great case study for a UX course ... on how not to design an application.

Terrible tool, extremely slow and buggy. Takes a minute before the search form is loaded (on LTE with a 2 month old smartphone). The website is bad, but the app is even worse. Impossible to use as a business traveler.
