App not working, now I cant even install it on my phone huawei P30 lite it says device is not supported. Until yesterday it worked. I managed to download it anyway but it wont find my escooter it says no devices. My escooter bluetooth works well its even brand new escooter. Please do not abandon us and repair it. You can do it!

App seems to do the job, but requires all battery optimization to be turned off, or it will loose connection.. Also the main app seems designes for full screen, as my button tow blocks part of the display, and status bar also seems like it should be hidden. Seems to work for the most part as expected, gonna try another app though due to the odd visual.

disconnects and its inconvenience causes me to lose mile count. other than that, the scooter is solid. battery could be better but still testing the range.

Disconnect within minutes of using the app, fix the bugs and I'll update my review. Doesn't connect once I've reconnected after disconnected within a few moments of using the app. Emailed the people who did the app and was ignored multiple times. Like I stated, fix the bugs so it doesn't disconnect and I will update my review. Sadly my scooter is now on the slowest possible and can't go any faster because that requires the app to adjust. Sadly only 1 star until fix the bugs.

No problems at first, but constantly keeps disconnecting and after a while, just don't see the scooter at all, no matter restarting bluetooth/phone or scooter. solved the issue by installing different app (LOO's) - worked in seconds. So the KCQ app overall is useless

It works fine. But the scooter keeps cutting out. I cant connect it to anything other than this app so flash it or update it. And this app has no firmwite updates for the scooter.
