The sound record verry difficult to heard, it stretched and not continuous, when zoom can not drag the screen to view, loading history is too slow, please help to improve the app, your competitors better than your app example ezviz, I use both type of camera but, as my feeling, the other brand is better than your current app, please help to update your app if you don't want to lost your customer, especially the trust from customer on your brand
