Folks, App Ops is something that Google has hidden in Android 4.4 and effectively removed in Android 4.4.2. The developer of this shortcut *can't* update it to work with the newest version of Android because it is just a shortcut to a hidden settings option. If you're on 4.3, it works just fine. If not, you'll have to root to get this functionality (and more).
