This app is great for reporting issues surrounding city services, for anyone not sure what drop down to choose if the issue is not listed, just choose the most appropriate department and put detailed notes in the report and it gets forwarded to the right crew .

Useless app, any report you file is immediately flagged as CLOSED (with no explanation as to how or when) but it's not actually resolved.
