I guess this app works, reported two stray dogs that would always bark and harass people walking down the street. Animal Control came to get the dogs the first time but couldn't catch them. They came back the second time and still couldn't catch them. I haven't heard them barking all night so I'm assuming they were captured.

I don't know why this app is asking over and over for a valid email, this app is not valid... Ridiculous!!! Yes, manually it stinks, why have a useless app and promote it, is this a joke? I guess when I talk with my council man it will have to be addressed and added to the waste of time list and money that was also invested. Just a simple idea gone to trash, basically.

The city created an app for 311 and then forgot about it. The app is useless. It is never updated and is basically a cheap browser that pulls up city pages. I submitted a report about an overgrown lot in my neighborhood using the app back in March. When I called to get info on the report using the reference number provided by the app, the CSR had no information on that number. When the lot was eventually cleared, the app never closed the report. An embarrassment of an app.

It worked great until it asked for my name. When I submitted a report, it kept prompting me to insert a valid reporters name! I tried my name & husband's name, nothing worked! I communicated with all who could help me, I uninstalled and reinstalled, I felt my time wasted. Nothing worked! Maybe an update might help. Or the old fashioned way, call the city & sit on hold. Update: I was using auto-fill to insert my information, I re-entered my information manually and it finally submitted my report.
