The hardware is almost $600 but the app constantly crashes. Such a shame! I had to use my friends iPhone to set it up and then switch over to my main phone and sign into my account. Even then, the Android app constantly crashes. I have to revert back to the app on the iPhone. Seems like they spent more time developing and improving the apple app than the Android app.

Bought X4 PRO, This product is garbage. Have been trying to connect for hours. The App does not recognise my 2.4GHz router. Message says Unknown ssid. Tried both AP Set & STA set. Make no difference still FAIL. Extremely disappointed after spending $625AUD. Had to give rating of 1 as there is no 0

I cant connect using my android. Its doesnt recognise my router, just says unknown ssid. Pixel 3. Its all updated, Even my samsung tablet and my wifes s20. But my mate can connect with his iphone. So disppointed.

Manually dosing liquid will not update what's remaining in the container. App does not push notifications to the phone when it's low or out of liquids. Useless function. I have to set a calander reminder on my hone because I can not rely on the app to notify me. Switching to red sea doser.

The latest version 2.2.0 bricked my pump after firmware update, I able to connect but cannot reach any settings afterwards. The device seems good but the software is awful.
