It linked to my OVO account, it then found my car and said the connection was complete. Once pressing the next button the app just freezes and says unable to connect to car and have to start the whole process again which I've tried many times. Speaking with the customer service is impossible as they don't seem to know anything about the charge anytime and one advisor said she was reading the internet to familiarise herself with the product. So I'm stuck unable to charge my car for cheaper.

Happy so far, App did not initially recognise Home position of my Tuscon PHEV, helpline promptly sorted that out after contacting them. After that, battery charged at low kWhr rate overnight. I do not have a 7kW charger yet, but charges fine via 3 pin plug and App showed savings. Starts to charge as soon as I plug in, but when I remotely "stop charge" via Bluelink, the App updates and shows next overnight charging time. Suggest a manual update, so charging schedule starts straight away.

Works ok with my Kia e-Niro and Kia connect app. It usually misses the first 5kW (compared to that reported by my Pod Point). A start session button might improve things. Alternatively talking direct to the Pod Point could be an easier solution and open it up to more EV makes and models.

Had a few issues initially due to a public charger being quite close to my home charger - spent some time with the dedicated support team working thru these issues and it's been rock solid ever since. I'm using a direct connection between my car (Tesla) and app.

Unable to link my Toyota Rav4 to the app. I have checked my password etc for the MyT link on several occasions but cannot complete the final part. I spoke to someone at Ovo who said try again in a couple of days time but that was a week ago and still no success.

Appalling. Cannot find my Rav 4 pgev even when within 10 feet of it. Cannot reset location on app n yet to get app to work. I'm not being employed to undertake your own quality assurance. Significant improvement needed
