Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Home Teaching Reporter - LDS on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Would like to see a few more features, however what it does it does very well. The import instructions from MLS are out of date.

This app is fundamentally flawed. It seems as though one needs to pay for it in order to get it to work. While the concept is great, the user base that is needed to allow it to work will never be reached because not everyone can or will pay for it. Consider the humble EQP in the Philippines who would like to take his HT to the next level, but can't afford the app. Or consider the financially strapped member who cannot afford to pay for this app, so the whole HT/VT system this app intends to create will be confounded for that ward or branch. It needs to be free for everyone in order to work, and even then, if not everyone has access to a computer or smartphone or tablet it's effectiveness is diminished. Profits can still be realized, but it needs to be done through add revenue instead of up-front costs to use the app.

This app doesn't work with the new upgraded MLS which no longer allows exports. I can't get any tech support from the developer of this app. It's supposed to be awesome but I find it AWFUL!

Not able to get arround, more complicated then other free apps

I cannot seem to demo the app at all. If I choose demo app option it asks for a used id and pincode. Since I am new and demoing the app before I buy, I do not have a user id or pincode. How does one demo the app without these? Also, your website does not seem to have any way to contact you, no email addresss, no contact form, and no phone number. How is that going to work if I have problems later and need assistance?
