This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Voice Notify on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Very easily configurable and can help you not miss those important notifications. 5 stars! Only improvement I can think off that i wish the app had is if app played a customizable notification sound to get our attention right before notification is spoken.

Voice Notify is an Android app that uses Text-to-Speech (TTS) to announce status bar notification messages so you don't need to look at the screen to know what a notification says.
