After I bought and set up 3 feeders, the APP stopped working, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. For 3 months I've tried using the manual button waiting for an update they said was coming. During that time the feeders jammed up a few times and one even quit working. At that point I contacted funpaw, they were happy to fix it if I paid for shipping to get it to them! Also, the hopper cannot be more than 1/3 full or it will jam. Not worth the price when you are still manually feeding!

Would give no stars if able. I've only had this thing for a few months. In that time it has been great and does everything I need til the last few weeks. If the app doesnt work than the machine is complete trash as there is no way to make changes on the actual unit only thru the app. I emailed the company a week ago and their response is they're working on it. The will not answer if itll ever be fixed again and if so give a time frame as to when. DO NOT BUY!

Terrible...app keeps crashing . Can't get it to work. When it does work it's great but I don't think it's worth the headache!! I had to give it one star just so I could post this review.

At first I was having problems with this app. It kept crashing on me and wouldn't open. I uninstalled it an reinstalled it. I went through the setup process and bingo, I am up and running. The video is sufficient. It would be better if it had night vision. I am now going to see if it feeds when it is supised to. So far so good. Make sure you have sufficient space on your phone or I think there will be a problem. Also if the dish is to far from your router, you are gonna need a wifi extender or it won't work. Everyone on here is giving it a bad rating, but I seriously don't think they know what they are doing. I graduated with anetwork admin so I am pretty smart when it comes to configuring technical equipment.

It use to work but keeps crashing. Looked for update on playstore, none avalible. So the feeder is useless
