Steps to perform initial registration on a smartphone with Android 9.
Follow the steps below to perform initial registration.

1. Turn off the mobile data communication (4G / LTE) function.
2. Enable "Wi-Fi" only.
3. Please register the device with this application.

1. SSID can NOT be displayed on the JVC Monitoring's screen in Android 9.
2. Some smartphones can not be displayed "Open Source License".
3. With Android 8 and 9 devices, APP can not get any information by event occuring
