Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Shift Swapper on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

Shift Swapper let's you swap shifts easily with your colleagues.

Join or create a group, then swap shifts with other members of that group. You can even join multiple groups (way to be so hard working)!

Get alerts when colleagues put up a shift they'd like to swap, and easily select from your calendar which shifts you can offer them. The app is smart enough to only alert you if you are capable of taking someone's shift.

Keep track of what shifts you have put up for grabs, and what shifts you have offered to others. Once you click "Approved", both calendars will be updated.

Most of the screens are done in a calendar view so you have a good high-level grasp of what your month looks like.

Other features:

- Push notifications for activities related to your swaps
- Ability to comment on each others' swaps
- Statutory holidays for 42 countries, with regional-specific holidays for states in the US and provinces in Canada
