This app works great for viewing both real-time and recorded video remotely from our 8-camera security setup. I've found it very simple to use, intuitive, and it's never given me a problem in use. Not sure why all the poor reviews, perhaps it's from earlier versions, or users are trying to do more than it's designed to do (if your camera gets stuck when following, it's not the app's fault, it's your camera or connection). Anyway, several of us have installed this app to view the security system, both the ios app and the one for android users, and all have found it easy to use and reliable.

Installed this app on my phone. So far it works fine, however, it takes a while to connect to the network for live video. Background recording works though. After using it for a while now I wish there were a different app that would connect faster. It takes up to a minute with a very strong signal.

In follow mode camera gets stuck or goes haywire. Camera very sensitive even at lowest setting, birds set it off, bugs at night and spiderwebs even on lowest setting. Can't adjust time for timezone. Should have option for military or regular time. This camera is only as good as its programming.

Use to be better till they did a update. Before when you went into alarm messeges it will show the picture of the movement with out playing the video. That way you know if its something important to look at the video or if it was just a car or a bird that set it off

Doesn't find any of my 4 cameras! Seems to be a nice system, but of little use unless they fix this app. Specifically purchased for security when I'm not home.

I bought the camera from Amazon. I downloaded this app and everything was working great. Great picture quality even at night. But now I'm lock out of my account. It says username is not found. Resetting my password doesn't help either. So basically I can't use my camera.
