Doesn't work period. Tried 4 different smart phones including Samsung galaxy 9, Motorola zen force, Samsung galaxy 6, Asus phone. Nothing will not connect via bluetooth, contacted about a year ago for same issues was told it has no issues. I haven't used this thing in sometime thinking maybe it will work one day. Biggest waste of money. It's not even heavy enough for a paperweight.

Having a lot of issues with new trucks with manufacturers brake controllers, mainly not showing up on display don't know if it not sending enough voltage or what but it works when trailer is plugged in.

Disappointed that it advertises that it can check trailer brakes on trucks. I've tested 2 2017 gmc and both will not show trailer brakes. Gives error on cluster. It does check all other functions of the trailer connector. Feel ripped off by the false advertising

If there's an award for most useless tool, this one could take it. No battery power on the charge circuit or ground at the connector? Tool doesn't work. But you already knew that, that's why you're testing it in the first place. Still had to use a test light. Add an internal battery maybe? Total fail as is.
