Yes the push notifications let you know as lightening when the opening is out. You don't need to check hundreds of sites any more. Just one single app and you are done. We have chosen a minimalistic advertising approach, wish it will not hamper the user experience, as it is necessary to keep the app free for everyone. In this new version we took care about the feedback received from the users from around Bangalore.

Note : To address the query of users about the network usage of the App. On an average it takes around 1.5 MB of data a day if the auto sync (in every 15 mins) is enabled. If you disable auto sync to sync manually then it takes way less than 1.5 MB, which is around 300-400 KB of data per day.
