Not compatible with Android 10 (S20+). I am looking for an app that just simply can enable and disable my dual SIM in a certain time frame. Internet searches mentioned this app. Unfortunately, like another user mentioned, this app is too old for my device. Hope there will be an update soon!

When I install this app it tells me it's made for an older version of Android. Is this still a good app or is it even needed anymore for tasker? Got it. Thanks for the quick response

Useful but could be improved. The plugin has a place for variable name, but it should be left blank, plugin fills in as %settings_value, which works. Other variables may or may not work. Variables in lists should be sorted.

This seemingly innocent add on for Tasker allows changing many settings normally inaccessible to Tasker. Using this plugin, it's also possible to change many settings that are specific to phone vendors. For example, this plugin (with tasker) on my Samsung S10+ allowed me to turn on a "detection" mode, change a samsung specific setting (AOD display) and the plugin told me what low-level setting was actually changed. From there, it was trivial to set up a task to change the setting on demand from within Tasker.

Contrary to what most assumed, this is not a "free version" of Tasker. This app is a support app for Tasker itself. This is a great decision as it keeps Tasker very modular and those with concerns for some of the permissions can choose not to use this one. A very supportive developer too and thus we should support him as well.
