I've downloaded, deleted and re downloaded the app approximately 87 times and it's still not allowing for me to type in my email address. App used to work before and one day crashed. It's been horrible since. If there's any solution to this issue, android phone if it helps, please note.

The app does not work as it does not allow my phone keyboard to open on the initial screen to enter my email address. I've even uninstalled and installed a number of times. Calling for assistance is met with a completely useless woman who claims I locked myself out, tells me to give it a few minutes, resets my password, all of the things that have nothing to do with an obvious app/software issue. Trash!

I can't even sign in on the initial screen. It asks me for my email and when I click on it, the keyboard disappears before I can even type one letter. Can only use the website now.

It's a lot more convenient than the website. But the app has some significant issues. Random Chinese characters on the jobs list, you need to close and reopen the app to reset the filters, you can't see who else is assigned to the jobs, and you can't see your points total.

App is useless. All filters are essentially manual since the defaults can't be customized. I cannot get available jobs to populate at all. Some iOS users at my agency like that app... but the Android one is garbage.
