This App is a proof that play protect is useless.As pointed out already, this App contains malware.As such do not install. Kaspersky internet security has scanned millions of Apps on the play store and most have come out clean.This App is a Trojan.It is malicious and dirty.

Once installed cannot uninstall. To uninstall follow the steps Step 1 Open setting. Step 2 search 'device admin apps '. Step 3 click on it. Step 4 select 'deactivate this system admin app' Step 5 if ask click ok After doing this you can uninstall this app.
