Works well once it's connected. I struggled at first like the rest of the reviewers here. I soon figured out that you mustn't pair your headphones using your phone's bluetooth. Just switch on your headphones and then open the app. Select "connect new device" icon. The app will then find your Nia Q? app. Select it, then there should be a green tick next to it. Then your headphones will be automatically located. REMEMBER: Your phone's bluetooth must be on BUT do not pair. Hope this helps.
