Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Just Cloud on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. the worst service imaginable. I've stored my photos on this app for years and now that I want them nothing works. I've been thinking for a year to get someone to help and they do nothing. they even took down their phone number so you can't call for help. never ever deal with these criminals

Had endless issues not resolved quickly...takes months to get support and now have nothing stored at all and still paying!!!!

Absolutely awful. Doesn't sinc with website, very clanky, hard to find futures, impossible to sign out

I've paid for their "backup" service for several years. Now I need to restore my files to a new computer and after over a week of trying to restore my files, I still haven't been able to get it to work. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling, restoring portions of files, had tech support run a 'script' on my files which they claimed would make it work. Nothing has helped and I still don't have my files on my new computer. Until I get my files, I can't recommend this service to anyone. Steer clear and get a real backup service that works!

Love it. By far the best cloud backup app out there. Best customer service. Amazingly robust tech. Reliable. Blows all others away. Users that leave bad reviews because they don't know how to delete files are hilarious. Don't knock the product because you're inept.

wouldn't let me sign up kept saying check details again and there's only so many times I'm gonna do that. disappointed to say the least. 😠
