Doesn't work for my phone. My phone is newer and it doesn't work on my husband's phone either. When I try to submit a request off, it never changes the date after I select it. It just freezes. I've tried several times to uninstall, reinstall, update, etc. Never works.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The app itself is poorly maintained and amateurish at best. The website connected to said app looks like something my fifth grade cousin would do as a project and is even less well maintained Id advise against using a password you use for any other account as I am willing to bet it has various vulnerabilities packed in its unupdated systems. Overall if I wasn't getting paid to deal with this app it'd be scratched from my memory. Steer clear employers.

My job switched from ShiftNote to JDA last year and it's been horrible. You can't see the entire schedule, can't swap or drop shifts, there's no bulletin board and as of the last few months the Time Off Request feature doesn't work. What is the point of this app?

Last updated 2016? Wow, explains a lot. Worked for about a week and then no longer, even after redownloading. Unfortunately employer still uses--hopefully they move to other provider soon!
