This app used to be great. However, it has now stopped working and won't allow for logging in or for creating a new account. There is no PC or web-based option to access your account as a backup edit option. As a result, you have an app that is stuck in a non-functioning status. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not help.

This is simply a faulty app. Login fails. Resetting the password simply DOES NOT work at all. No recovery email was ever sent. I even created a new login with a new email... still no joy. After 30 minutes in the phone cue (twice), the service techs at York or Johnson Controls were of no help either. I like the A/C system the the thermostat and this app are no good at all. I'm tempted to buy a Nest Thermostat. They have much better reviews and online service.

Can't log in anymore. Reset password token is invalid is all it ever says even with a fresh token.

Requires a log on that was not previously required. Will not send email to reset password...uninstalled and reinstalled app 3X...not in spam folder...obviously not a new problem...phone is Samsung Note 10 + 5G...app does not appear to have been updated since this phone entered market several months ago

Non-intuitive UI with a wholly different experience in landscape mode than in portrait. Requires frequent logins, and password reset seems to be just plain broken. I really wish there were a generic alternative to connect with my thermostat.

Requires me to log in way too often - everytime I open the app if even an hour later. Have to turn to landscape to find most of the functionality, but then lose the quick heat/cool buttons. Very inconsistent, but at least for me it works.
