This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Chinese Handwriting Keyboard on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Have installed this Chinese Handwriting keyboard but the system keep on asking me to install, what's happening? It worked well in the past but not function when I changed to a new mobile.

It was okay for years, but lately after I updated the main app of GO keyboard, the system started asking me to install this handwriting keyboard again & again. Everytime I restart the phone, change to another App, or even only change input method!! Once I leave the handwriting then system cannot recognize I had installed this already.

I use Huawei M6 tab and installed Go Keyboard and Chinese Handwriting keyboard app. But when i write Chinese, it always asked me to uninstall the Chinese Handwriting keyboard app. I have to uninstall and then install it before I can write Chinese using Go Keyboard. I use the same in other Android smartphones eg OnePlus, Samsung, Mate 20 and do not hit this problem. Pls advise what I can do to resolve this problem.

Pls explain why ask me to install plug in for chinese handwriting? And I could not find any plug in that can be installed?!!!

It used to worked well, and suddenly the plug in becomes unable to be used anymore. The go keyboard keeps saying that it need the plug in that i ended up uninstall and reinstalling it every time i want to use it

2. After downloading the GO Keyboard and this plugin, please click open the GO Keyboard icon to access the setting page -> Languages -> Check the box “中文（笔画）” (which means “Chinese(Handwriting)”)
3. Launch the keyboard to type -> long press on one of the two shortcuts next to language setting button in toolbar right above keyboard -> Select the pencil icon -> Click on the pencil shortcut again to bring up the writing board
