Have only used for a short time but it is performing the task as advertised and doing so better than other apps I've used so far. I haven't really looked into or used any filters (if available) yet but plan to see what (if any) other features are available in the app now and play with whatever features are included to see if it gets any better still. Overall, it's an easy to use, clean sound and user-friendly app.

This app has important uses outside of safety. I play music as a hobby, and it's nice to be able to hear my drumset or saxophone coming from my ears and blended into the music im practicing along with. There is extremely low latency, too small to notice, which extremely important. You can also hear conversations while listening to music or any form of audio. Being able to adjust the volume gain is also extremely helpful, as different situations require different gains. The ads aren't intrusive.

This app works amazingly well. It seriously kills all background noises completely & allows me to hear other sounds. Very impressive. Only downside which is the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is the fact that you can NOT turn it off at all. Exiting the app won't do it, closing the app won't bit even killing the app. Literally the only way to turn it off is to uninstall it & then I have to reinstall it again when I want to use it again. Please fix this please thank you

I wondered if there was something for this, glad someone made it. There's no permanent way to disable ads, but they're only visible when toggling on and off so it's not a huge deal. It allows you to switch your microphone which is handy. It may be a pain in some situations to place a microphone in a spot where it doesn't get disturbed by being in your pocket or wind blowing by, but that's not the app's fault.

Good...with wired headphones. With wireless earbuds, generally you will experience an echo...most likely due to the fact that the phone has to send the sound it picked up via the phone mic and retransmit that to the buds. And since bluetooth in its current form wasn't built with this use in mind, latency issues will result. And there's another problem.....not many users are going to be able to find out that this app works way better with wired headphones anyway. Bring back the headphone jack!

Works great for amplifying nearby audio, only downside is that there isn't some kind of eq or built in audio filters to adjust. Then you'd be able filter out the noise and only pickup specific sounds. And yes, I tried adjusting the eq on my phone.... It doesn't change the audio at all, but I'm guessing that's because I need to change the input audio and the phones eq is for changing the output audio.
