so happy to have! love especially the proxy method without root! it's really an unburden to the root daemon. but I'm glad to have the root method, too. thank you so! donated right now, cause this app's just fabulous! this app is great + it works without root. most 1* ratings here are cause a claim that app requires root. this is SPAM imo + should be removed. an app shouldn't be rated low, because it has root features or requires root. this simply ain't enough info to rate an app.

So i love this. Its pretty fantastic! But now i am struggling to figure something out. I use the no root option because lol... Sorry i dont trust that right now dont know enough about it. Set it up as instructed. And now i cant update anything using a client. My games refuse to go through. Discord just doesnt work. What am i doing wrong?

About this app

Use iptables or http proxy to share VPN connections through hotspot.

Default is use iptables,set up iptables require root.

Note:
As of Android 9 (LineageOS 16), the IP address of the wifi hotspot is no longer fixed at 192.168.43.1; a new (apparently) random one is used each time the hotspot is turned on. Effectively, this means the procedure no longer works. To make it work on Android 9, you would need to find the IP address of the hotspot and change the default gateway to that IP address for all devices connecting to your hotspot.

No internet connection?
The core of the problem is that the VPN tethering device doesn’t give out proper IP information to the client devices when they connect.  But you can manually configure those client devices to have static IP addresses, gateway and if needed DNS.
