This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing noHeadsUp (Android 7.0+) on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

This app is not available anymore currently.
It was the best we can do on android nougat, but it seems this was not enough for the wide public. Due to lots of bad ratings the app is disabled atm.

noHeadsUp will disable all heads-up notification popups on your phone with one click!
You can also disable heads-up notifications only for selected apps.

Take control and disable heads-up only while gaming or watchng video!
