This so called app doesn't disable or create a work around of any sort. It is a one screen poorly created guide of how to go to the Google play store, then go to the play protect settings and switch it off. That's it. It doesn't resolve the issue of play protect blocking app installs even when its turned off. Thank you so much for wasting my time and electricity..

Do not install it! Messes up your phone badly..You just have to trust me. Samsung galaxy S8 plus still working but messed up on settings, apps and i believe that it entered into private sensitive settings. My advice back up and restart to factory settings your phone.
