Hmm, it's ugly and a little basic but it tracks project budgets just as advertised. I feel pie charts or some kind of visual representation would be a good enhancement. Maybe some grownup color choices. And I don't know if it will formulate pdfs of all the numbers but it needs to do that. So, it's fine, but... needs development.

Ideal, would be great to turn the one of the fields off though. Estimate and paid is enough, having item cost and what you paid is kind of pointless unless you're going to haggle the cost of everything
