Registration isn't user friendly. If you want the password to be over a certain length and contain certain characters then say so on the password page, or at least point out all errors at the same time instead of one at a time. It's annoying for users.

Downloaded it. Wanted to report an abandoned car outside my house but as with Allerdale Borough Council..... it doesn't work. Quel surprise!! Uninstalled......🙄

My Cumberland is a mobile app that enables you to report issues to Cumberland Council.

You can attach photos, video and other relevant information to your report and pinpoint the exact location with easy-to-use maps.

Your report will be received by the Customer Services team and then forwarded to the relevant department which will deal with it. You’ll be kept fully informed along the way.

What you can report
You can submit reports for things including :
• Dumped rubbish
• Abandoned vehicles
• Dog mess
• Litter
• Damaged litter bin

You can also make a complaint, report a missed bin collection or request a new container if yours is lost or badly damaged.
