Almost perfect using Note 8... However, it breaks Smart Lock feature. Root method via menu does not turn screen off (Vibrates when close sensor). Device Admin method works but when sensor triggered/open uncovered and screen comes back on, I have to put in pattern EVERY TIME. Not sure why this is happening. If it wasn't for this , I would buy it/use it. I use Smart Lock at certain location so I don't have to unlock it at home all the time. With this, it seems to break it and it's instant lock. Please look into this. *Update: Still testing, but believe Timeout Based Screen Off is working. Root /Device Admin option turn off for some reason. Still trying to make it work as needed. Now it comes on periodically with movement in WalletCase. Looking for a delay before sense option. Don't understand "Ignore Apps", nothing in Help. There needs to be a delay before turning off screen option. When I slightly pass my hand over, it tries to turn off. I choose this APP because it supports "Disable in Landscape" . If I get it working, will buy it ;-)

• If app does not work with flip cover but works with hand, then try
a) Enable No-Recognize Delay and add about 4-5 seconds of delay
b) or try pasting a white piece of paper on the cover where the sensor is located, that will help the detection.

• If Gestures or any other settings (like lock-screen) are not working, please Clear app data from
Settings -> Application Manager -> Proximity Screen Off Pro -> Clear Data

• Default timeout after screenOn will be system display timeout. can be overridden by "Avoid screen Flickering"

• Removing/Uninstalling the app
- Launch ProximityScreenOff Pro and click Uninstall button
- System Settings , "Locations & Security" or just "Security" , Select Device Administrators and disable the ScreenOff App

• App needs Device Administrator privilege to lock the screen, If you have any questions on permissions used by the app, please send me an email and i will explain you the reason app needs them.
