Using BlueStacks

About this app

The purpose of this app is to assist people who feed a Prey Model raw diet to their cats, dogs, or ferrets. If you are not familiar with this style of raw feeding, there is a short description and links to more comprehensive information at the bottom.

PreyModel Calc is a modification of the PreyModel Praw app, targeting people who prepare their pets' meals in advance. If you are not into food logging, this app will suit you better. It will calculate the amount of food needed to provide each of your pets with a balanced diet over a given number of days. The goal percentages and the average daily intake can be customized for each individual pet.

Why is this app better than your average Prey Model calculator?
The average Prey Model calculator will just tell you the needed amounts of meat, bone, liver, and other organs. The amount of bone is not that useful. You don't feed bare bone to your pets--you feed whole food bone sources like chicken wings, pork ribs, etc. That is why PreyModel Calc works directly with bone sources. You just specify the bone source to be used. Then, the app will tell you how much of it your pet needs as well as how much meat and offal have to be added in order to achieve balance.

About Prey Model
Prey Model attempts to mimic the natural prey of your carnivorous pet by combining meat, bones, and organs from various sources. Therefore, it is also know as Frankenprey.
