This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing AnyPing Free on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

AnyPing monitors your important network connections:
- Watch your Internetconnection
- Monitor your webshop or website
- Receive alerts when your NAS fails or the Smart Home control stops working.

AnyPing Network Monitor monitors the connection to your network devices. If any connection fails AnyPing alerts you with your sounds and / or speaks the source of the problem. AnyPing informs you if your network recovers as well.

You can check network devices within your local network or Internet devices. Whenever you leave your WIFI AnyPing only monitors devices with internet connection.

AnyPing can run as an app or service.
Started as a service you get audible alerts even when the app is not active. Thus, you always know about your network connections. To view the status, just open the app.
If AnyPing runs as app you can see the network status in the status display. Stopping AnyPing also disables the audible warning.
If you enable "Autostart" AnyPing automatically starts when your tablet or smartphone reboots.

And if you wish to deactivate the alarm in the meantime, you can also mute AnyPing.

The free version is limited to 3 monitored hosts

Just a short hint: To enter the settings menu or add hosts press and hold the "Task Manager" button.
To edit or delete a host: Press and hold the list item you wish to edit or delete!
To select a alarm sound file from external media do not disable permissions to external media in System Settings - Apps - Anyping - Permissions
