Gets the job done, but often time clunky. I'd like to ask the developers for a widget option for the home screen of my phone. An overall UI facelift is needed aswell. Thank you.

My department just started using the app. We all love it. I personally have an android, and have not had any problems. Its amazing how long dispatch can hold onto a call before sending it out. Being able to read CAD details is also very helpful. Then just a push on the address brings up maps. My only suggestion is being able to select various alert tones. Maybe there is and I just don't know how to change it. Good job guys! Hope you profit well from this, you deserve it!

It's a great idea, but it's not alerting me with sound. I have my volume up and it's not muted. I have a sound selected in the app, but I get nothing when a call comes in. Today I happened to notice we got a call THREE HOURS AGO!!! How is that helpful? Got a second call tonight. I was holding my phone and saw the call, but no sound.

i have an android phone, an LGG6. up untill last week it worked great. now it is not alerting me. the volume for calls/notification seem to be going off my media volume and if that isnt up it doesnt go off. please if you could find a solution i would greatly appreciate it. i missed a call cuz i was relying on ispy. please help

The default map is garbage. And it does not allow you to customize the notification sound, when I go into options to change it, I tap on sounds, and it just says "sound management to your device app settings" and takes me to another screen in my phones settings that doesn't let me change anything.

I really like the app so far, but I need to be able to change the alert volume while I am at work. Does anyone know how to do this? I want to keep this app for I do, but need to adjust the volume, or I may have to find another app.
