This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Isparkle RGB on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Seems incompatible with iSparkle 300 led light chain from 2017. Doesn't recognise the lights when scanning, can't add it manually as app only seems to allow you to connect Wi-Fi connected products. Total waste of quite a bit of money buying these lights as I can't control them without a working app. Infuriating!
