The app is just ok. My cameras disconnect every now again, the app doesn't record every event sometimes, it's extremely annoying when someone rings the bell and it takes a minute for the video call feature to actually display the person at the door....and by that time the person has left, my Blue door bell button no longer works, the indoor chime never worked properly...so it's just ok. Oh yah, the support SUCKS! When someone sends a ticket using the APP, respond!

Doesn't ring on Galaxy Note 9. It pops up on screen as a notification like a message or a twitter notification. It only rings when you unlock the phone. It's as though it can't override the Samsung lock screen or something. Definitely an issue with the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 as my partners Huawei Mate 20 Pro rings straight away giving the option to answer the doorbell or hang up etc.

for a new player in this market iseebell is doing their best. I was one of the few who decided to buy an iseebell over the ring doorbell and since then these guys have been pushing updates & adding new features and making the whole experience as smooth as possible.

My doorbell stopped working four months ago. I've emailed support twice but have not been contacted by anyone other than a confirmation email. The app says it's been downloading firmware since December. Don't bother!

Dropped to one star. Can no longer "mount" sd card and constantly pushing for paid subscription cloud service. NO we bought this camera specifically for the sd card option. It has started missing motion events with the last update and no longer offers video playback of events it does catch.

Had this video doorbell for 3 weeks. 3 weeks of emails back and forth trying to help them sort out why the app doesn't work for answered door rings on an android. Apparently I'm the o lying one who had 3 mins of black screen. so tried it on 3 different android phones with the same result. My advice.......get a ring.
