This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing IRISPen Air 7.3 on PC Windows and Mac.

Not helpful barely works useless waste of time warning do not I mean by any means necessary at all not even 10% is that sucks do not download need to be removed off the app market

After reading that this app has 1.8 stars, there was no a real point to test it, but yes, it doesn't work. Splash screen is stuck, and BT refuse to pair. Iris/Canon=garbage.

Very poor quality pen. Extremely poor app which does not give you any information whatsoever. 99% bluetooth connectivity issues. Wish I had never lost my money buying this.

All it does is show the splash screen. No clue as to how to connect it with Bluetooth. I'll be removing it.

Galaxy S7 - cannot find device using Bluetooth. After a while shows error that cannot connect to internet and freezes. Win10 - also does not work using Bluetooth (I pressed it and waited 3 sec). Only got it working through USB, however it scans only in English language. There is an option to select the language I need. But it rarely recognize non Latin letters. Way less then 30%.

Loaded it on my phone and tablet. Will not work on any of them. Software keeps locking up and crashing while attempting to connect. Any solutions out there? This would be a great tool. Did not read reviews here prior to purchasing wish I had. If it would work as advertised I would love it! (5 stars!)
