once I get notified that there is a survey it doesn't open the survey

I was so frustrated I rate the app 1 star after not receiving my vouchers for more then ten weeks turns out they were upgrading their system and had technical issues. I think sometimes we are too quick on judging

I have redeemed four rewards. The first I have yet to receive after 5 weeks, tomorrow, despite the email received after redemption stated that it will take 3 to 4 weeks... I sent a message via the site in regards to this but received no response. The same with a previous message that I sent about a month ago, asking what the equivalent ZAR value of 4000 points is. Is there even any "Support" that can be received via the form - I have received no response! The app is OK.

I have received regular surveys and built up points quickly. I find the app easy to use. However I can't verify my phone number. After emailing them I received an immediate reply and try their suggestions but it is still not allowing me to verify my number.

This app is stupid. It does not expkain what to do and get stuck when you want to go from one page to the next . When is there surveys, since yesterday no survey for me. What must I do to get surveys.

Can't verify my phone number to redeem my rewards. System error received. Makes the app pointless as I can't select my reward amount in the Web page either
