It won't connect, never connected wirelessly so I had to use earthnet. I bought it for wireless, so that was my first disappointment. Then when it finally connected, It stopped remote viewing. THIS IS A HORRIBLE CAMERA AND APP. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND MONEY. DON'T it!!! Or TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE AND GET A REFUND. Run from this don't walk. RUN! A horrible waste of money!!!

I'm not sure what's going on but I can't watch the recordings all of a sudden. The audio will be there but I can't see anything but a black screen. Ugh

To make sure you stay connected make sure to use a memory card if you don't fiddle with them you'll be ok and I just think everyone is expecting to much from them for such there not high end camera's I use them in home to keep a eye on thing's.

Ive used the app almost 2 years now on several devices .Easy as it can be. Simple interface and great image quality . My only issue is with the device's sound quality flickers(choppy) but the app works great. It even works when you are out of range of your Wi-Fi by switching over to your phone's network connection (host IP address) for live video streaming. I just plugged in the camera to my router, (Ethernet) downloaded the app on my phone and following the video within the app found my camera one of the three ways suggested and with very little data entry on my part . Almost automatic.
