I only give it a 4 because it doesn't seem to update on hands accurately even after I've fixed it but it is helpful when needing upc numbers

Love it. Very useful. Just wish the on hand would update. Says we have 4 of something but can't find in store and when we scan the upc says we are out of stock...very hard to explain to costumers when I first say we have some on hand.
