App is preset for 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one living area, and one kitchen. You can add additional info but not able to just add another bedroom or bathroom or living area without a lot of extra work. It also limits the amount of summary info to one page so if you have more than one page of summary items they don't show up on the finished report. the same is true if you add to much information on the first page. You cant choose your font color and text and pics don't always land on same page.
