This app has wasted too much of my time. it has crashed on me more times than I want to think about. two of the crashes have been fatal. where I had to delete and reinstall the app. I've wasted hours of work and time is money. Instead of saving money I'm losing it. I dont recommend this app to anyone. Their customer service will just tell you to download the Microsoft word file and do your report that way. spend a little more and get something better!

Wonderful app I got for graduating a state endorsed course to fulfill the requirement to take my state Home Inspector's test (20 point system). I passed and have used this app multiple times. It's easy to do residential reports, and with heavy modifications I used it to create a light commercial template as well. Open source PDF editor allows you modify the base report endlessly. Thanks P.S. negative comments are from idiots you need to generate the report, then fine tune it using a PDF editor

Once a month this app stops working wont send the report..the app has to be deleted and reinstalled for the report to go threw, this is hot garbage, now redo 3 reports and pray this app will send my reports... when attaching the report to an email the app does not convert it to a PDF file

The format of the report is confusing for clients, with pictures appearing
on next page above the next item inspected. Also doesn't allow you to admit
report on computer. Report can only be sent in PDF not allowing you to
review and adjust. Used for one inspection, report was 115 pages long.
